The multiFiltrate is optimally designed to carry out highly efficient therapies in the nephrological and intensive care environment. For example, the special construction of the scales enables the multiFiltrate to hold up to 24 liters of haemofiltration solution. This volume of solution allows the system to carry out a safe and smooth renal replacement therapy without the necessity of replacing bags.
The multiFiltrate cassette enables the extracorporeal circuit to be fitted quickly and easily. Technical service is aided with the ease of accessibility of both the mechanical and electronic components and the integrated service programme of the multiFiltrate. With respect to electrical safety, the multiFiltrate satisfies all requirements to be met by the degree of protection against electric shock type CF.

The AquaB is a versatile dialysis water system that offers the flexibility you need to meet a wide range of clinic needs. The AquaB Water Purification Systems are reverse osmosis units intended for use with hemodialysis systems to remove organic and inorganic substances and microbial contaminants from the water used for treating hemodialysis patients or other related therapies.
These devices are intended to be a component in a complete water purification system and are not complete water treatment systems. Each reverse osmosis unit must be preceded by pre-treatment devices
Compact water treatment system for safe dialysis operation
The Aqua WTU is a complete reverse osmosis water treatment system designed to operate in either a direct feed format, supplying up to 5 dialysis machines, or with a treated water tank for alternative applications. The complete system is housed within a compact sound proofed frame providing quiet operation and portability.
Microbiological purity

Fresenius Medical Care is offering a comprehensive peritoneal dialysis (PD) programme including adapted APD with sleep·safe harmony which enables mixed cycles with varying dwell times, dwell volumes and glucose concentrations.
Reaching adequacy targets in PD for both ultrafiltration (UF) and clearance is challenging. Fischbach et al. propose that shorter dwell times and smaller fill volumes promote the process of UF, while longer dwell times and large fill volumes increase solute clearance.
The proposed strategy may have the potential to improve the two targets within one PD session.
The heart of the GENIUS ® 90 dialysis machine is a thermally insulated glass container with a capacity of 90 liters. Before each treatment, this glass container is filled with ready-to-use dialysis fluid, which can be varied individually and meets the highest hygienic requirements. This property as well as the high mobility allow efficient treatment at any treatment station in an intensive care unit.
This is independent of the existence of other installations at the dialysis station for permeate, central concentrate supply or waste water. During the treatment, blood and dialysis fluid are conveyed to the dialyzer via the hose pump.
